As for title insurance services, we have underwriting arrangements with several Texas Title Company's to assist in processing and closing your  business transaction. As attorneys we being used to assist in closing your real estate transaction, we can oversee all aspects of the transaction and have a working knowledge of what it takes to do so. 

Not only can Sawko & Burroughs, P.C. close your important real estate transactions, it is able to perform the following real estate services:

• Assist Qualified 1031 Exchange Agents to perform 1031 Tax Exchanges. 
• Prepare deeds, promissory notes, and trust documents.
• Prepare affidavits of heirship documents and other filed instruments for purposes of closing a real estate transaction.
• File and litigate issues concerning title to or clouds effecting the title to real property.
• Alamo Title Company Fee Approved Attorneys.
• File Forcible Entry and Detainee suits for eviction of tenants.
• Full Service Foreclosure Agent Services. In this regard, we perform all aspects of the foreclosure process, from sending notice of default/accelleration, notifying priority lienholders, posting and serving statutory notices, and selling the property at auction. We are able to do all foreclosure service for a flat fee.
